Yellow rose
A single yellow rose
in a crystal vase so clear
represents the love
I hold dear
Its beauty is very obvious to me
For the beauty of this one flower
is much deeper than one can see.
It says the words that are not
always simple to say.
It signifies the beauty
of your true love in such
a wonderful way.
A love that is as beautiful
as the rose you gave to me
In that one special moment
when you chose
to say, “I love you”,
with a single yellow rose.

N-am vrut un alt destin
Prea lasi pentru un altfel de destin
Ne-am lasat striviti sub propria neputinta
De a schimba lumea in ceva mai demn
Din zgarcenie n-am rascumparat cerul promis
Muscand cu pofta din marul ispitei
Am pastrat pentru noi doar raul,
Si cerul fara speranta
Sadind semintele mindriei
In sufletele pure ale copiilor nostrii
Am fi putut avea un alt destin,
Daca n-am fi infipt sulita
In coasta credintei
Si n-am fi batut cuiul in palma
